10 year guarantee. ISOframe Exhibitions Limited, to the extent and subject to the limitations described in this paragraph, all ISOframe equipment sold here-under to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions according to ISOframe Exhibitions Limited instruction.

ISOframe Exhibitions Limited’s obligation under this guarantee is limited to correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned to ISOframe Exhibitions Limited, transportation prepaid, after being put into service by the original user, if ISOframe Exhibitions Limited is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective. This guarantee shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear, which have been subject to mis-use, negligence or accident, or which have been altered by someone other than ISOframe Exhibitions Limited.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO GRAPHIC PANELS. THIS GUARANTEE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING GUARANTEES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and no person, agent or dealer is authorised to give any further guarantees on behalf of ISOframe Exhibitions Limited unless such guarantee is in writing.

INSTALLED EXHIBITION PACKAGES – SHELL SCHEME AND SPACE ONLY 

Package Inclusions

1.1 The package price covers the supply, installation and breakdown of the exhibition stand structure as specified in the agreed proposal.

1.2 The package price includes installation and breakdown at venues within England and Wales only; Specific pricing for venues located elsewhere available on request.

Exclusions

2.1 The package price excludes all venue or show services, including but not limited to:

  1. Rental of exhibition space
  2. Electrical power supply
  3. Flooring or carpet
  4. Wi-Fi, rigging, waste disposal or any other venue-mandated services

2.2 Any additional venue-specific charges or services will be quoted separately.

Pricing Basis

3.1 The stated price is indicative and based on installations in England and Wales only.

3.2 Prices may vary depending on the venue, location, access times, stand complexity, or other logistical requirements.

3.3 A formal quotation will be provided upon receipt of full project details.

Turnaround Time

4.1 The typical production and preparation timeframe is 14 working days from the date all required artwork and information is received.

4.2 Express production may be available at additional cost, subject to capacity.

Client Responsibilities

5.1 All logos, text, images and graphic assets must be supplied in accordance with the ISOframe Exhibition Brief Template & Guidelines.

5.2 Artwork must be supplied in print-ready format. Any artwork amendments, resizing or file-preparation may incur additional charges.

5.3 The client is responsible for ensuring content accuracy, copyright compliance and final artwork approval.

Installation & Breakdown

6.1 Installation and breakdown times will be agreed in advance and must comply with the venue’s access policies.

6.2 Additional charges may apply for out-of-hours access, late-notice schedule changes or extended breakdown periods.

Cancellations & Changes

7.1 Cancellations made after production has commenced may be subject to charges up to the full package price.

7.2 Changes to specification, artwork or venue details after confirmation may affect pricing and delivery schedules.

Payment Terms

8.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT.

8.2 Payment terms will be stated on the official quotation or invoice. Production may not commence until payment is received, unless other terms have been agreed in writing.

Liability

9.1 We accept no liability for delays caused by venue restrictions, client-supplied artwork issues, courier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Damage or loss to the installed stand caused by the client or third parties is the client’s responsibility.
